Harvey's Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Harvey's Butter Rum Batter
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 6 oz. white rum
  • 6 oz. cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3 1/2 cups ice
  • 4 oz. golden rum

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender container except golden rum.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Put blender container into freezer for about 15 minutes to thicken slightly.
  4. Pour into serving glasses.
  5. Divide and pour golden rum over glasses for float.
  6. Garnish with pineapple and cherry.
